FEES
Bulk billing is available for
- Pensioner Card holders
- Veterans Affairs cardholders and
- Department of Social Security health care card holders
- Children under 16 years
- Self funded retirees over 70years.
Other patients are privately billed for surgery consultations and procedures. There will usually be a charge for certain items such as vaccines, some dressings, medical reports and examinations, irrespective of concession status. A fee will be charged for un-notified failure to keep appointments.
Any accounts be paid at the time of consultation, and for your convenience we accept all major credit cards, and EFTPOS. If you experience any difficulties in this regard, please feel free to discuss this with your doctor or our reception staff. Medicare rebate refunds can usually be processed and deposited into an EFTPOS account at the time of the consulatation.
Visits to specialists or for investigations may incur a charge. If required you should check with the relevant provider to clarify this.
