PATIENT FEEDBACK

Should you have any concerns about or suggestions to improve the quality and range of services, we would like to hear from you. Periodically you may be requested to complete a feedback survey which is aimed at getting a clearer picture of your needs. There is no obligation to complete these but your comments are most helpful. If there is a problem you wish to take up outside the surgery, you may wish to contact the Queensland Government Centre for such enquiries at

Appointments

For your convenience in avoiding unnecesary waiting it is essential that an appointment be made. However in urgent or emergency situations, patients will be seen as soon as possible. Home and nursing home visits are of course available on request by notifying the receptionist.

SURGERY HOURS :

Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Doctors are usually unavailable between the hours of 1.00 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. as this time is dedicated to house calls.

The practice provides a 24 hour service. Should you require attention after surgery hours your call to 3266 6022 will be diverted to Family Care Services , who act as our Deputising service and will relay clinical information the following working day to us.
