Fees and Billing

Fees

Fees are based on the content of the consultation and are currently much less than the current A.M.A. schedule of fees for service. We would like to make it clear that it is not the policy of this practice to universally bulk bill. This privilege is restricted to long-term loyal age and disability pensioners (including Veteran Affairs) students receiving . All Health Care Card Holders are charged a markedly discounted fee but consideration will be given to their children being bulk-billed. For consultations on Saturday Morning and visits after 5 p.m. there will be no bulk-billing in any form and even Pensioners will be expected to pay a small fee. Also in an effort to increase community vaccination rates, childhood immunisation will be at no direct cost to the family.

Payment of fees is expected at the time of consultation and may be made by cash, cheque or dredit card (Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa). An Eftpos facility is available at reception and it will also allow the processing of your Medicare rebate.  This refund will be immediatly placed in your nominated account
The issuing of repeat prescriptions and referral is at the sole discretion of the involved doctor.

As Dr. Gregg, Dr. Willmott and Dr. Hansen carry out business as Associates there is not a universal fee for each of their services in accordance with the ACCC.
