NUNDAH MEDICAL CENTRE

This practice has been established since the early 1930s and has a particular interest in family medicine and ongoing care. Its original site was in Peary Street Northgate followed by a move to purpose-built premises on the corner of Eton Street and Sandgate Road in the 1950s. The eventual location at 1459 Sandgate Road arose as a consequence of the expansion of the Norris Motor Group in 1998. The present location is the property of the two practice principals and most definitely will be the site of the Nundah Medical Centre for many years to come. In July 2003 Dr. Hansen joined from Eagle Junction.



All three doctors are University of Queensland graduates, very familar with the local health system (Resident training at the Royal Brisbane and Prince Charles Hospitals) and committed to ongoing family practice. As well all three doctors are Vocationally Registered, and are active in continuing medical education activities. The practice was given full accreditation by AGPAL in April, 2001 after a single review. It was granted further accrediation in April, 2004..

Ownership of the practice is by all doctors in an associate agreement with no third parties having any interest.
