.... Otherwise, our Practice subscribes to an After Hours Service for your needs at all times we are not here (from 7pm - 8am Monday to Friday, and from 12 noon Saturday - 8am Monday). The After Hours Service will provide us with reports on your cosultation with the After Hours Doctor on the next business day. The phone number for this service is 137 425. You will also find this phone number on our business / appointment cards and you will hear it on our message when you phone us out of hours. Fees may apply.
Emergency Options
Emergency: Dial 000 for an ambulance
- You will be asked your location - give clear direction including landmarks to help the ambulance get to you quickly.
- You will be asked to help them to assess urgency by giving the operator a clear discription of the emergency ie. the condition of the person or persons who need attention. The operator will have a series of questions to help you
- Follow any directions given by the Operator.
