Medical consultation with holders of current Medicare Cards is bulk-billed
The Medicare Card resembles a bank card as it proves your entitlement to treatment under the Medicare system and is to be presented to reception at every consultation
Concession card holders need to bring and present their current cards in addition to the above
Consultations like Workers Compensation and Insurance Medicals are privately billed.
Overseas visitors are charged and receipts issued valid for any travel insurance scheme
Skin treatments and surgical removal of lesions and dressings are all bulk-billed to Medicare Card holders.
