TELEPHONE CALLS
For urgent medical problems please telephone the surgery and indicate if this is so. A doctor will provide emergency advice during surgery hours where this is indicated.
Staff are instructed to obtain as much detail from you when you telephone and will pass on your message. As soon as your doctor can take your message it will be followed up.
REMINDER SYSTEMS
We are committed to preventive care and will post you reminder letters, in particular Pap Smear reminder notices from the Cervical Cytology Registry, and for other reasons.
Should you prefer not to be part of this or other overdue reminder or recall systems please feel free to advise us if your choice is not to be included.
PATIENT FEEDBACK
Help us to help you! We welcome your feedback, including if you think we're doing OK.
A Comments Box is available for your suggestions, concerns or complaints should you prefer to do so in writing. Alternatively please feel free to discuss these matters with the doctors or staff. Independent assistance can be obtained from the Health Services Commissioner on Ph: 8601 5200
