APPOINTMENTS

The doctors are rostered for different times that are subject to change. Please check with reception for your treating doctors' availability.

Consultations are by appointment, and are allocated l5 minutes on Monday to Saturday. We try to keep to time, but despite our efforts to make provision for urgent cases on the day, sometimes there are delays due to emergencies that always take priority, as well as other unanticipated and unavoidable circumstances. The receptionists will advise you if there is a significant wait or alternatively feel free to telephone prior to your appointment to be advised of any delays. Appointments can also be made on Public Holidays.

Longer appointments are available and recommended if needed especially for counseling, complex medical problems, second opinions, full check-ups, pre-employment medicals, insurance medicals etc.

Please advise receptionist if you feel you will need more than 15 minutes.

Workers' Compensation accounts are required to be paid in full at the time of the consultation.
