Policy
The Practice has developed a Policy and Procedures Manual to comply with AGPAL accreditation expectations.
All aspects of the organisation's activities are documented. Appropriate actions and expectations are covered to ensure all staff have clear guidance about their roles.
The Maual is currently being reviewed as part of our accreditation cycle.

It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and ensure this information is only available to authorised memebers of staff. Your prior consent will be obtained if any information which may identify you is to be released.
