After Hours
The Medical Centre is open between 9.00am - 5.00pm, Mon - Fri
In case of an after hours emergency, patients need to contact the Ardrossan Community Hospital on 88373021 or attend the Emergency Dept at the Hospital.
Another option is to phone the Maitland Hospital (88322626) or attend the their Emergency Dept.
If a doctor is required, the Hospital staff will arrange for the on-call doctor to attand or a home visit will be arranged if it is deemed necessary.
If a doctor is required to attend after hours, patients will incur a $20 fee over and above the relevant Medicare fee. The hospitals will impose their own charges which may be able to be claimed through private health isurance.
