DISABLED ACCESS & PARKING:
Plenty of street and rear parking is available. Disabled access is facilitated by the ramp and handrail at the entrance to the premises.Russell Vale Family Medical and Acupunture practice has recently undergone renovation and extension with provision of disabled parking in the front and patient parking area on the premises
CONTACT DR. AZAM BY PHONE:
Dr Azam may be contacted during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and the receptionist will advise you when it is likely that the doctor will return your call. Your call will always be put through to doctor in an emergency.
AFTER HOURS ARRANGEMENTS
This surgery provides 24 hour care for patients through Wollongong Radio Doctor.
Phone: 4228 5522.Radio Doctor services are available throughout the year including public holidays.
REMINDER SYSTEMS
Patients can be offered enrolment in a reminder system for preventative health such as regular check ups for immunisation, diabetes, blood pressure checks, cholesterol checks, pap smears, breast screening and yearly health assessments.

If you have a problem, we would like to hear about it. You may talk to our staff or Practice manager. You may prefer to write your comments using our suggestions box we would welcome your feedback. You are entitled to contact the AMA or Health Care Complaints Commission.
