Appointments
Appointments are normally made at 15 minutes intervals as you normally expect to spend 10-15 minutes with the doctor.Longer appointments are available if needed.We always can fit in urgent medical problems on the same day.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us prior to the appointment time to cancel or reschedule so that we may offer it to someone else, your consideration would be most appreciated by doctor and staff.
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm - 6.00 pm
We strongly advise that you make an appointment. Appointments will always be given priority and our staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay, or doctor has been called away on an emergency.
The Telephone Interpreter Services is available if required. We adhere to the National Privacy Guidelines.
FEES & BILLING ARRANGEMENTS
Bulk billing is available for children under 16 years. We offer speical fee structure for pensioners and health card holders, check with our staff at the time of making an appointment. All other patients are required to make a cash payment at the time of consultation, as EFTPOS facilities are not available at present.
