Fees
We at the Roxby Downs Medical Practice believe that it takes time to offer a quality medical service. In order to do this we schedule our appointments fifteen minutes apart. An approximate new schedule of fees is as set out below.
Each Doctor is free to vary the fee as they see fit.
FOR A STANDARD CONSULTATION
A.M.A. recommended fee.......$40.95
OUR FEE...............................$35.95
Consultations NOT settled on the day may
be charged at the A.M.A. fee
People in receipt of a benefit card will be
billed at the Doctor\'s discretion
Repeat Prescriptions...............$3.00
We have always considered your health to be the most important consideration. If you feel these charges might cause you financial difficulties please don\'t hesitate to speak to Dr Wendy Strachan, Dr Michael Coward or Jane (Practice Manager) and a special arrangement will be made.
