TELEPHONE ACCESS
Calls will be taken by the receptionist, who will endeavour to respond to your enquiry, and will if necessary, pass messages on to the doctors.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. Patients must go up on to the street and exit the property entirely if they wish to smoke.
Privacy Information
RESULTS
Results may be obtained in person via the reception desk. Patients have the option to wait to see a doctor if they wish to discuss them further. Results cannot be given over the phone or fax as these are not considered safe mediums of communication. Patients can organize(at the time of their consultation) to have results posted to their home from the pathology if they so desire. The doctors are not available to discuss results over the phone. Any clarification of results must be addressed during a doctor's consultation.
Results cannot be collected by anyone other than the patient. If you are unable to collect your results you may authorize a friend or family member to collect them on your behalf with a written authority.
