Mathoura Road Medical Centre

Mathoura Road Medical Centre is a family practice run by Dr Andrew Allan (MBBS BMedSc). 

Dr Allan is the only doctor working full time, however  Dr Gordon Ku has sessions during the week, as well as practicing on Friday afternoons.

Dr Ku is fluent in Chinese.

Appointments are available from (and including) 09:00 to 12:15, then 15:00 to 17:45.

After hours/lunch time home visits can be requested by current patients in emergency situations, or for patients who are unable to come in to see the doctor (ie elderly or frail), however such appointments must be confirmed by Dr Allan before we can guarantee a home visit.

The practice has an arrangement with the Lyall Hotel in South Yarra. Guests of the Lyall Hotel may phone to arrange a "home" visit at the hotel, or may also come in to see one of our doctors.

We accept new patients. Please phone to book an appointment. Please note that appointments do fill up quickly, so if you would like an appointment on a certain day/time, please book at least two days in advance. While we do leave some appointments free each day, these are generally for matters that need to be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
