HOME VISITS
This practice provides visits to patients at home, in hospital, or nursing homes and after hours visits via the Deputising Service within a reasonable distance (3-4 kms) at the Doctors' discretion.
PHONE MESSAGES
These will be relayed to the Doctor as soon as possible. The Doctor will speak to you if required as soon as possible, although this may mean a return phone call when time permits.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS/REFERRALS WITHOUT CONSULTATION
If you require repeat prescriptionsor referrals, please make an appointment to see your doctor, as precsriptions and referrals will not be issued without an appointment.
Recall and Reminder System
A computerised reminder system is available and used for follow-up of many medical conditions. The doctor and patient will agree to its implementation.
CHILDREN AND BABIES
A play area is provided.
PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Ramps and side entrances for wheelchairs have been provided and there are two disabled car parks outside the side entrance.
CAR PARKING
This is available on King William Road, or in our car park at the rear of the building. Entry and exit via. King William Road.

Occasionally you may be asked to complete a questionnaire on aspects of medical care and our practice.
If you have any particular matters of concern, feedback (positive or negative) is encouraged. A suggestion box for your comments has been placed on the front counter. If there is an area of dissatisfaction it would be appreciated if it was brought to the attention your Doctor or the Practice Manager as we are eager to provide you with a quality medical service.
