Fees and Billing

APPOINTMENTS:

On arrival please report to reception and present your Medicare card. When making an appointment by telephone, please indicate clearly the name and address of person to be seen. Appointments are normally 10-15 minutes duration but extra time should be booked for more complex problems. Every effort is made to keep to schedule but unfortunately delays do sometimes occur. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible as unattended appointments not cancelled will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a standard consultation.
