Fees and Billing

On arrival please report to reception and present your Medicare card. When making an appointment by telephone, please indicate clearly the name and address of person to be seen. Appointments are normally 10-15 minutes duration but extra time should be booked for more complex problems. Every effort is made to keep to schedule but unfortunately delays do sometimes occur. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible as unattended appointments not cancelled will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a standard consultation.

Fees charged by this clinic are mostly based on recommendations of the Australian Medical Association (AMA).

A standard consultation is charged at $71.00 and Medicare rebate is $36.30.

For a longer, more complex consultation, the fee is $130.00 and Medicare rebate is $70.30Full payment on the day  of consultation is requested.  Credit cards are accepted and EFTPOS is available. If you are in financial hardship, please speak to your Doctor.

Veterans Affairs card holders will be bulk-billed. Please bring your entitlement card and Medicare card to all consultations.
