(Please ensure that children do not waste this resource).
14. The surgery send reminders such as immunization and pap smear recalls.
15. Free tea or coffee is available whilst waiting for the doctor.
16. A small play area is provided for children.
17. The surgery is technologically innovative and is fully computerized.
