STERILIZATION This practice is equipped with Autoclave Sterilization Technology, which is as one of the best sterilization devices available.
All acupuncture needles and syringes are single use & 100% disposable and are discarded in specially sealed containers immediately after use.

TELEPHONE ACCESS Patients can ring the doctor for pathology, radiology and other test results. Usually, your call will be taken immediately. However, if the doctor is unable to take your call, please leave your telephone number and the doctor will ring you back as soon as possible.

AFTER HOURS SERVICE We look after our patients at all times of the day or night. When the surgery is closed Dr. Mahernosh is available for problems that need urgent medical attention. The surgery telephone has an answering machine with a message informing you how to get in touch with the doctor.

OUT-OF-SURGERY VISITS If you are too sick to come to the surgery the doctor can visit you at home, as soon as it is possible or as depending on the urgency of the circumstances.
Visits are also arranged for patients in nursing home and hospitals.

PATIENT FEEDBACK If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care you receive from this practice we are keen to know about it. Please feel free to talk to the doctor about the problems you have with the service we provide or write to us marked confidential or put your comments in the \"Suggestion Box \" in the waiting room. We believe that problems are best dealt within the practice, and want to know if you are concerned about any aspect of our service.

At our General Practice we believe each of our patients has a right to the consultation time necessary for their needs.This ensures that each of you will get the best possible quality of care during your consultation time with the doctor.
Our commitment to this philosophy of “quality care” means that unfortunately we cannot make appointment times, instead we operate on a “first in” basis. Urgent medical problems will be dealt with promptly and without waiting.
We therefore request your patience as you wait for your turn to see the doctor, knowing that during our consultation together we will take all the time necessary to provide you with our best care.

Acupuncture services operate on an appointment system. Please advise the receptionist on arrival so as not to wait. Please advise us by phone if you are unable to keep the appointment.
