AMA RATES are charged for workers compensation and third party insurance.
Home visits are available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending surgery. Old age pensioners and concession card holders will be bulkbilled. Others will be privately billed as follow:
Home visits less than 20minutes: $ 150.00
Home visits less than 40minutes: $ 200.00
Home visits more than 40minutes: $ 250.00

MEET OUR DOCTOR:
Dr. Nashwa Botros is a female Arabic speaking, has 38 years experience in general practice. Her main interest is women and children health, but provides comprehensive care for all men and women and all ages. We provide family planning, Pap smears, antenatal care, obesity, diabetic care, ECG cardiac checks, spirometry, and vaccinations for adult, children and travel. The practice is committed to provide comprehensive care to all, but will refer you for specialist care when necessary, and cost and fees will be explained to you in full.
Consultation is by appointment, please call for an appointment; every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time. Emergencies and urgent cases will always be given the first priority, if the doctor is not in surgery, ambulance will be called. We try hard to adhere to our appointments schedule and not keep anyone waiting, so our receptionist staff will attempt to contact you if there is unforeseen delay, or if your doctor has been called away.
If you have a complex problem or required some extra time to discuss several issues with the doctor, please ask the receptionist for a longer consultation when you make the appointment. If you are a family member requires an interpreter services, we can organise this for you, please let us know, when you book for the appointment.
TELEPHONING YOUR DOCTOR:
Although most problems are best dealt with in consultation, a doctor will always be available during normal surgery hours for emergency advises. Our staffs are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires appointments, a return phone call from the practice, or urgent advice.
Our practice is committed to preventive care; we may issue you with a computerised reminder notice from time to time, offering you preventive health services appropriate to your care, if you do not wish to be part of this system, please let us know
If you have a problem, we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or the receptionist. You may prefer to write to us. We take your concerns, suggestions, and complaints seriously; however, if you wish to take the matter further, and feel that you need to discuss the matter outside the surgery, there are several options available, including
