The practice runs an appointment system. We make sure that the system works on schedule unless emergencies crop up. Understandably sometimes we can run behind with some patients; so if you feel you have a complex problem and need a long consultation just inform the receptionist when you call. Urgent patients will always be fitted in on the day. If you face a problem with the service please let the doctor or the receptionist know and the matter will be handled the best way we can.
