This Medical and Acupuncture practice is open to all patients with acute or chronic conditions without a need for referral but desirable for continuity of care. Primary and comprehensive care are provided mostly in-house and referral to appropriate facilities through the Medicare system.

Emergency consultation and treatments are available for registered patients and their family members with triage. Prescriptions can be ordered for registered patients only via phone or email subjected to periodical review of treated conditions.

New patients can request registration form before visits, or arrive earlier to fill in registration forms.

All members of staff are available to answer questions on the phone or by email. Please indicate purpose of consultation and treatment requested whenever possible when making appointments, so that priority and time allocations can be offered. All cost shall be advised and negotiated before visit and payment is required at the visit.
