Policy
Appointment is required before consultation and treatment.
No accounts for private services, payment must be in full on the day of the visit.
Insurance accounts must be approved before visits in workers' compensation and third party cases.
Veteran's Affairs patients must show their entitlement cards each visits.
Fee can be negotiated well before hand but not at time of payment if circumstances can be proven.
A definite indication for the purpose of visit at time of appointment allows for triage and priority.
Patients must register prior to visits by mail or email or earlier arrival on the day before the appointment. They should bring all relevant medical history and materials or arrange for their release prior to visits.
