Test Results In order to maintain the confidentiality of all our patients we prefer that you make a follow up appointment to discuss test results. Appointments

To assist all our patients to see the doctor of their choice and keep wait times to a minimum we ask that you call ahead to make an appointment. Some appointments may require a longer than normal for example several health issues, health check ups, insurance medicals. Please advise the receptionist if you think you may require a longer appointment or there will be other members of the family attending the doctor for a consultation.

Although we prefer to work by appointments at Chapel Gate we will attend to emergencies as required even if all appointment times are filled. Please inform the receptionist if you believe you have an emergency so priority can be given or one of our nursing staff can speak to you to assess the situation. Every effort is made to keep to the appointment times but please understand that unexpected delays can occur at times.

If you have a preferred doctor or have a preference for male or female doctors please let our reception staff know when making your appointment and they will endeavour to meet your needs. If you are running late, need to change an appointment time or cancel please let us know as soon as possible. For your convenience our phones are manned from 7.45am weekdays and 8.45am Saturdays. We are currently open 8am – 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday.
