Dr Marco Krukerink
Dr Marco Krukerink graduated in 2007 from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands. Dr Krukerink had experience in surgery and orthopaedics at the Diaconessenhuis Hospital, before completing his GP training. General Practice in Holland is very similar to General Practice in Australia. He has worked in the Netherlands as a GP for several years. In 2011 Dr Krukerenk decided to move to Australia with his wife and daughter so that he could follow his dream of playing AFL football.
Dr Krukerink believes in the importance of evidence based medicine. He also believes that his role is to assist patients to become more aware of, and to be empowered about their specific illness.
