SUGGESTIONS/FEEDBACK

We are constantly striving to give you the best possible health care. The practice has grown and changed with the community and is constantly seeking to improve its services. Any suggestions or concerns you have will be gratefully accepted. Feel free to talk with your doctor or receptionist at any stage, or drop a letter into the Feedback box at reception, or speak directly with Dr\'s Vicki Kotsirilos or Fred Karalis.

Practice Philosophy

Health, we believe, embraces the whole person. That is why we are interested in your circumstances, thoughts and feelings and not just your physical symptoms. We will endeavour to provide you with, a clear and concise explanation regarding your problems and our proposed solutions. You are encouraged to participate in the planning of your treatment. In that way we help you to manage your own wellbeing. Nothing works for everyone, every time. We adapt our response to suit each person and increase the chances of success by having access to many different methods of treatment. You will not be pressed to adopt beliefs and behaviours with which you disagree. We encourage your feedback, in order to make that easier. You will only be advised on matters within our area of expertise. When we don\'t know, we will tell you. In order to provide you with the highest quality of care, we actively pursue continuing education and professional development.

Appointments

Appointments

We use an appointment system to minimise waiting time. If you feel your problem is urgent or you need more than 15 minutes with your practitioner, please let our receptionist know at the time of booking your consultation. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time.

To ensure your full treatment, it is essential that you are on time. We also request 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment. Less notice may attract a cancellation fee.
If you or a family member require an interpreter service, we can organise this for you.

Reminder System

Our practice is committed to preventive care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventive health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be a part of this system, please let us know at reception.
