Policy

Appointments Appointments may be made by phone and are normally at fifteen minute intervals. It is generally advisable to make appointments, but urgent cases will be seen as soon as possible.

We do appreciate that your time is important, but there may be occasions when the clinic is busy for reasons beyond our control. To assist with the Clinic\'s aim of running to time it would be appreciated if a longer consultation could be arranged if you are attending the clinic for the first time, or if you require more complete treatment, an insurance examiniation, a medical procedure or counselling.

Reminders Reminders for vaccinations, smear tests and other check ups can be provided by the clinic.

After Hours Attention can be obtained by ringing 9429 5677. In cases of emergency, suspected heart attack or stroke an ambulance is advised and is available by ringing \"000\". The doctors from the clinic particpate in a roster with the after hours service.

Telephoning The doctors will take calls relating to you or your family\'s health. If they are seeing patients when you ring them may need to call you back later.
