Patient Results are not discussed over the telephone. An appropriate time must be made to discuss these in person.
Privacy Policy: All Health information is sensitive and will not be disclosed to a third party without written consent from the patient. It is a policy of this practice to maintain security of personal information and to ensure this, information is only available to authorised members of staff.
