APPOINTMENTS APPOINTMENTS ARE ENCOURAGED IN ORDER TO MINIMISE WAITING TIMES. PATIENTS WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE FITTED IN WHEN POSSIBLE BY THE NEXT AVAILABLE DOCTOR. IF YOU THINK YOUR CONSULTATION WILL TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL PLEASE ADVISE US TO ALLOW FOR A DOUBLE APPOINTMENT. PLEASE RING IFYOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS WILL ALLOW OTHER PATIENTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE SEEN.THE PRACTICE IS A PATIENT FOCUSED SURGERY AND EVERY ENDEAVOUR WILL BE MADE TO KEEP TO APPOINTMENT TIMES TO REDUCE ANY INCONVENIENCE

HOME VISITS THESE CAN BE ARRANGED IF A DOCTOR IS AVAILABLE AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE PATIENTS WHO ARE GENUINELY UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SURGERY. AS THIS NECESSITATES A DOCTOR LEAVING THE SURGERY, OUR PRIVATE FEE WILL APPLY.
