Influenza vaccine
It is still not too late to vaccinate against influenza. If you are over 65 years of age, the vaccine is free. If you are under 65 years of age, you will need to buy the vaccine from the pharmacy but you will be bulk-billed.
Hepatitis B Vaccine
We have a good supply of free Hepatitis B vaccines for children turning 12 and 13 this year (born in 1987 and 1988). Please make sure our children are immunised.
GST and Health
There is no GST on most visits to Seacrest Medical Centre. However, GST applies to visits such as medicals for pre-employment, diving and superannuation. Some cosmetic procedures and a procedure room fee will attract GST.
