Dr Nigel Dormer
Dr Nigel Dormer trained in London and qualified in 1985 and later spent eight years in hospital medicine and 12 years in general practice. he is a member of the Royal Colliege of General Practitioners and has a Diploma of Obstetrics.
Nigel came to Perth in 1989. He worked in several different areas before joining Seacrest Medical Centre in 1995 and is now a partner in the practice. Nigel is a full-time general practitioner who not only performs minor surgery at Seacrest Medical Centre but also works for Hospice Silver Chain in the surrounding community as a Palliative Care Doctor. In addition to this he is currently completing his PHD on 'Suicide in the Terminally Ill' at Edith Cowan University.
Nigel is married with two children and has a keen interest in their sporting activities wherein he is coach of his son's junior soccer team.
