Dr Gary Claydon

MBBS FRACGP Dip. Sports Medicine

Dr Claydon joined Seacrest Medical Centre in 1993. He is a partner in the practice and works full-time. He is also a fellow of the RACGP and tutor in General Practice. His interests include Education in General Practice,Sports Medicine and all aspects of plaster casting and joint injection. He is also a GP Supervisor for WAGPET and has an active role in GP Vocational Training.

Gary's experience includes over 12 years in general practice, team doctor for Western Reds Super League (1996-1997); overseas touring doctor for the Australian National under 20 Soccer (1996-1997); AIS Soccer (1994-1997,2000); Australian Women's Hockey (1999); doctor the World Swimming Championships (1998) and World Triathlon Chmapionships (1998, 2000) and touring doctor for the National Men's Hockey (2007).

Gary's other interests include reading, travelling, gardening, open water swimming.
