REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS AND REFERRALS
Repeat prescriptions may be provided without a consultation at the discretion of the doctor.
This may depend on whether the patient has been seen recently, or the nature of the medication.
Referrals without a consultation may be provided at the discretion of the doctor.
Referrals will not be back dated.
A fee will be charged for prescriptions and referrals.
Doctors in this Practice may be contacted by telephone during surgery hours. When Doctors are with other patients, messages may be taken and doctor will return call when they are able to do so.

The practice has a strict privacy policy to protect all patient information and is available on request.
