APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are made at 10-minute intervals. If you require a longer appointment please advise the reception staff. Please cancel appointments if not required. This enables staff to offer appointments to other patients in need. Repeated non-attendance or late cancellation may incur a charge of the full fee for the consultation.
FEES AND BILLING ARRANGEMENTS
This practice will bulk bill all Healthcare and Pension card holders who present a valid card at the time consult.
A gap fee is payable at the time of consult for patients who do not hold a current concession card. NO ACCOUNTS ARE ISSUED.
This practice does not issue accounts for patients involved in Third Party/Workers Compensation cases. Full Payment is required at time of consult.
Patients requesting an insurance / pre-employment medical will require a longer appointment. A private fee will be charged
Our fees currently are:
Non concession card holders - $18 gap for a standard 10 min consult. This fee may increase with a longer consult. A discount of $8 applies to patients who chose to pay their medicare account in full.
All WorkCover and Third Party accounts are $51.300 for a standard 10 min consult. This fee may increase with a longer consult.
All pension/health care card holders who present their current card at the time of consult will be bulk billed.
