Appointments


</b>





If possible, we prefer patients to make an appointment.  Patients with appointments will be given preference over those who drop in.  However, emergencies will be given priority.  If you need more time with your doctor, please ask the receptionist for a long appointment.

After Hours


</b>





When the surgery is closed please call our after hours service on 132 660 to visit you at home.  If the matter is urgent you should attend the emergency department at your local hospital.

Home Visits and Telephone Access


</b>





HOme visits are available for our regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the clinic.  These visits will be charged privately except for aged pensioners and payment is expected on the day of visit.

Doctors are available for emergency advice although we believe most problems are best dealt with in person.

Generally it is our policy to give test results to you in person to avoid any misunderstandings.
