Quality of Services
The Doctor is committed to undergo continue medical education and
updates. The Surgery will be an accreditated practice as approved by the
College of General Practitioners. The Surgery Staff are expected to care
about their Patients. The Surgery is to use up-to-date and functional
equipments.
Patient Care
We aim to care for our patients when they need our help. We respect all
patients as individual persons with feelings. We respect all patients\'
privacy and confidentiality.
Urgent cases
Urgently ill patients will be attended to first. This can cause delay for other
patients. Pleae try to contact the Receptionist for an estimated waiting
time.
Home Visits
Home visits are available to the patients who need it for medical reasons.
When a visit is requested on the phone, the Doctor usually would like to
speak to the caller to determine the reason and the degree of urgency.
Narcotics
We do not prescribe or provide narcotic drugs. All patients seeking
narcotics wil be referred to the specialised centres or the General Hospital
for treatment.
