HOME VISITS
HOME VISITS are made where necessary after assessment by the
doctor. Please let the receptionist know if you require this.
AFTER HOURS
AFTER HOURS urgent medical attention is available by paging the
doctor who is on call, on 9483 4686.
Dr Reed or Dr Sinclair will be available to patients of the practice for
URGENT medical problems only. After hours visits are $110 ($128
after 11pm). Alternatively, if you prefer, you may attend one of the local
casualty
departments or dial 000 for an ambulance.
LONG CONSULTATIONS
LONG CONSULTATIONS are available. Please advise the receptionist
when making your appointment if you require extra time.
PAYMENT
Payment on the day is normally required. If you are having difficulties
paying your fees, please feel free to discuss this with the receptionist.
Bulk-Billing is available for Pensioner and Health Care cardholders during
office hours only.
SCRIPTS over the Phone
Scripts issued over the phone may incur a fee of $8.80 and no repeats
will be given. It is usual for patients to attend for review when a script is
due.
