Practice Ethical Code
This practice is commited to providing comprehensive General Practice
care to all individuals and families in this community.
Confidentiallity Policy
All patient consultations and medical records are kept strictly confidential.
Referal Policy
We refer patients when necessary to a wide range of local consultants
and to others for more specialised matters
After Hours Service
When the surgery is closed our patients are advised to call our locum service on 9429 5677 or you may wish to attend the
Dandenong & District Hospital or South Eastern Private Hospital ( a fee
may be incurred). Dr. Demediuk\'s mid-wifery patients are asked to contact
the hopital labour ward they are booked into.
Home Visits
Home visits can be arranged for emergency cases, those with transport
difficulties and the disabled by phoning reception. All home visits incur a
fee, most of which is rebatable by Medicare
Accidents And Emergencies
Always telephone the surgery first and you will be advised of the
appropriate action.
Complaints And Suggestions
We constantly stirive to offer you the best possible care and attention,
however if you have any suggestions or are unhappy about any aspect of
our service, please ask to see the Practice Manager Elaine Hollis.
