Policy
We are trying to be punctual which is difficult due to demand placed by patients with multiple issues taking over 15 minutes and at other end some patients regularly missing appointments.
We have decided from 2009
1 only one issue will be addressed during a consultation
2 If you miss appointment more than once you and your family will not be bulkbilled
3 If you need any assistance in filling up any forms please fill in your part firstand then make longer appointment informing ths staff about the need for form filling by doctor
