After Hours When the surgery is closed, all patients should contact CALMS by phoning 6288 1711

Emergency Patients Emergency patients will take priority over non urgent cases. We apologise for any delays resultant from this policy.

Comfortable Waiting Room This practice adopts a NON-SMOKING policy on the premises for the confort and safety of patients and staff.

Confidentiality We maintain full confidentiality of our patient\'s medical records and as such it is the policy of the clinic not to release any information over the phone. It is important that the doctor discuss the results of any investigations with the patient on a face to face basis, so that questions can be addressed properly.

Contacting the Doctor Each of the doctors will take telephone calls regarding personal medical problems. They cannot be interrupted during consulting times unless the problem is very urgent. The receptionist will indicate the best time to contact the doctor, or indicate when the doctor will call you back if appropriate.

House Calls House calls are available for patients too sick to attend the surgery. Routine house calls are made mostly in the mornings or the evenings, before or after routine consulting times. Emergency visits are made at the time of the emergency. House calls are confided to suburbs in a reasonable proximity to our practice.
