Coronavirus (COVID- 19) alert
11 March 2020
- Have you had contact with someone who had a confirmed case of coronavirus?
- Do you have a cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath or a fever?
- If yes to any of the above questions please do not enter the practice. Please ring Kogarah railway medical centre on 95879086 for further information.
- If you are very unwell and are having difficulty breathing please contact before presenting to St George hospital emergency department ph: 9113 1111.
To ensure the safety of staff and patients, in line with recommended guildelines, through advice with the local PHN and the RACGP guidelines, our practice will not be assessing/performing physical examination of suspected COVID-19 cases as we currently do not have the recommended appropriate personal protective equipment. We instead ask patients to please contact us so we can direct you to the appropriate clinics or testing venues.
Thank you for your cooperation
