PSYCHOLOGICAL MEDICINE -

COUNSELLING - How you perceive things that happen in your life and how you deal with them affect your thoughts, feelings and emotions. People hold certain beliefs about themselves that limit their progress in life. Counselling helps you to change your beliefs, free up your thinking, push back your limits, relieve you of your anxieties and turn your life around to be what you want it to be. Techniques include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Relationship Counselling, Interpersonal Counselling, Individual and Relationship(Marriage)Counselling and Stress Management.

HYPNOTHERAPY works in all ages depending on your ability to understand. It works ONLY AS MUCH AS YOU WANT it to work. It is not stage-hypnosis and so you will not do any funny act. It is a medical therapy. You will be helped to attain a deep mental relaxation, called hypnotic trance, when positive suggestions are placed in your subconscious mind so that you may achieve your goal. Contrary to common belief, you will not sleep during therapy or lose your self-control. Hypnotherapy is effective to give up smoking, Weight management, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Disorders, Phobias, Insomnia, Migraine, Concentration with Studies, Examination Fears, Low Self-esteem, Poor Self-image, Sexual and Relationship Problems, Poor Self-Confidence and Depression.

Other therapies include Psychotherapy, Stress Management and Relaxation Therapy.
