Consultation is by appointment only. Kay makes every effort to be punctual;
occasionally a difficult case may cause some delay. If you are late for an
appointment it may be necessary to reschedule your time as a courtesy to
other patients. Should you be unable to attend a scheduled appointment,
please call as early as possible (anytime after 6 am).

to Friday. Kay only works mornings but often starts at 7.30 am to see patients en route to work.
