Home Visits These take longer than surgery consultations, and cost more. Non-urgent visits will normally be made after regular practice hours or in the lunch break. In emergency, a visit will be arranged immediately.

Fees We request settlement of the account on the day of service, and offer a discount for this. EFTPOS available.

Telephoning Dr. Wright will take \'phone calls whenever possible; if he is unavailable, callers will be told when to \'phone back, or Dr. Wright will call back when free.

Emergencies Our telephone is answered 24 hours of the day. Callers may be directed to our Clinic, or to hospital or ambulance services as appropriate. When Dr. Wright is not available, arrangements for emergency care will be explained. In the event of serious injury or illness, it is appropriate to telephone \"000\" as well as the Clinic.

Appointments

Appointments may be made in person or by telephone. We allow 10-15 minutes per patient, but will readily make longer appointments when appropriate. These are required for items such as employment or insurance medicals, full check-ups, or discussion of family or personal problems.
