Policy

Patients are generally seen within two working days.  Longer Appointments are available on request at time of booking.  The Practice accomodates home visits.

Please advise us of any cancellations in adequate time.

The Doctor is willing to accept calls to provide advice and discuss problems.

Our Practice provides a recall system for routine screening, preventitive health and chronic diseases.  Should you prefer not to be part of the recall system please advise us.

Your feedback is a valuable tool for better Practice habits.  Feel free to drop a note in the suggestion box or speak to the staff at Reception if you feel unhappy about the Practice or the Medical Centre.  However, should you wish to take the matter further, you may contact the Office of Health Review on:-

The Practice does not tolerate verbal or physical abusive behaviour and will contact Officers of the Law, should this occur.

 As a courtesy to other clients adhere to safe coughing and sneezing practices as advertised in wait area

Except in an emergency we expect all client to present clean with neat attire.

Your medical information is a confidential document.

This Practice adheres to current privacy legislation in the collection, use, disclosure and storage of all personal health information.

Your consent either verbal or written is necessary when transferring your personal records.  The staff will strictly adhere to this.

Your consent will be sought if your doctor feels it is necessary to communicate relevent information to other health professionals, the HIC, the legal profession or for research purposes.
