Phone calls to doctors Your doctor will take your call if it is urgent, otherwise your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Checking investigation results Sometimes your doctor asks you to phone back for your results, please ask the receptionist when you call. if your results are significantly abnormal, you will be contacted as soon as possible, for this reason always update your address and phone details with us.

On-site prayer We offer prayers for all our patients. We believe that wholistic healing of a person is physical, emotional as well as spiritual. We believe that God can heal at His own timing and our responsibility is to pray and seek God.

Broken appointments If you cannot make it to the appointment, please telephone our clinic so that we can allocate the time to someone else. Repeated broken appointments without notice may lead to refusal of future appointments to be made.

Payments Payments are expected on the same day of the clinic visit. However, if you choose to take away an account, an extra $5.00 is added for administration. Patients with expired medicare cards are expected to pay cash immediately after consultation with the doctor.
