HOME VISITS Home visits are available for regular patients whose conditions prevent them from attending the practice.

AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCY When the surgery is closed, calls are diverted to the \"After Hours Medical Service - FAMILY CARE\" at 3831 9999

RECALL SYSTEM our practice is committed to preventive and continuity of care. We may make contact with you regarding a follow-up appointment or with further information for you.

TELEPHONE CALLS Although most problems are best dealt with in consultation, adoctor will always be available during normal surgery hours for emergency advice only. Our staff is experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires appointment, a return phone call from the oractice, or urgent advice.

SUGGESTION SYSTEM If you have a problem we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously.

However, if you wish to take the matter further and discuss outside the surgery you can contact The Medical Registration Board, AMA or Health Care Complaints Commission.

Every effort will be made to accomodate your preferred time. Urgent cases will be seen with priority.

If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your bookings as our private billing policy may apply.

Our staff understand Spanish, Italian and German. Inform the receptionist if you require an interpreter.
