Your Medical Records are Confidential Documents.  It is a policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that the information is only available to authorised members of staff.  De-Identified information is shared with Adelaide PHN for quality improvement, we ensure your personal data is not shared and remains private and confidential.

 

Emails are checked by practice staff weekly, however our preferred method of contact is via telephone that way we can ensure your identity and that your personal information is staying private.
