Care plans and regular follow up for chronic illness; Mental health care plans, counselling and follow up; General health check up; Occupational Health check up; Post-operative patient care; Minor injury/fracture management; Skin cancer screening and minor surgery; Cryotherapy; Bowel cancer/Breast cancer screening; PAP smears and Women's Health check up (female Dr available). Men's Health check up and follow up; Workers Compensation; Immunisation (qualified nurse on site); Travel Medicine; Palliative Care (home visits to local residents); Preventative care (cessation of smoking, substance abuse, obesity management, lifestyle medicine).
