All electronic data is is subject to privacy principles & no confidential information should be transmitted without encryption.  As a sequelae of this we do not provide individual medical advice by email.

If you have any concerns or complaints please in the 1st instance contact our practice manager Sr Libby or your treating doctor by either phone (requesting a call back), writing or arrange a face to face meeting. We value your feedback (good & bad) and take matters of complaint very seriously. We have an escalation process for complaints if and when the need arises.

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of our practice to maintain the security of your personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff.
